Studio Classes
Restorative Movement for Your Body & Mind
In our Studio classes, awareness and process are the focus over outcome. Each week, we offer a full schedule of Yoga, Barre, Pilates and more to ground, restore and expand your mindfulness practice.
Classes are held in our sunlit, window-filled studio with mats and props provided. Drop in for class-only, or continue unwinding with a post-class visit to The Springs.

Sweat & Soak: Upon availability, add a post-class Springs Visit to kickstart your workout recovery.
Class Only: $19
Class + Springs: $79-$99Wellness Circle receives 30% off all classes
All Access receives unlimited free classes.

Sweat & Soak: If a post-class Springs visit is available, you will be able to add it to your class while booking online.
