If you are looking for some extra accountability and coaching to help you make and meet goals, Personal Training can help! Work closely with one of our trainers to develop a plan that keeps you motivated to push yourself to the next level.

Personal Training sessions are 1on1 and held in our modern, sunlit gym.

  • Personal Training sessions are one hour long and customized to your personal goals.

    4 sessions per month: $460
    8 sessions per month $840

    one month commitment required

    All Access and Wellness Circle receive 30% off all sessions.
