Social Club Etiquette

Knot Springs is a no-phone/tablet zone for the privacy of all. Kindly leave your phone in your locker.
Photography and videoing of any kind are not permitted. We encourage you to unplug and recharge.
Smart glasses are not permitted.
E-readers are allowed, but please bring in at your own discretion.

We are a wellness social club and thrive on sharing our wellness journey with others. It’s totally cool to come here with your family and friends, because being part of a community of like-minded individuals is where it's at. While you don’t need to whisper, please respect the experiences of others around you and “social softly”. It’s perfectly fine to connect and chat, but we never encourage shouting or unwanted community behaviors.

Have you been here before? We’ve got BIG windows. And are located inside a residential building. Bathing suits are always required, as is footwear. No need to bring your own footwear, we’ve got you covered.

We provide towels, custom body care products, hair dryers and amenities in each locker room and in our privately enclosed Showers For All area. Our lockers themselves are in a co-ed space, so please head to your preferred changing area before disrobing.
Know Before You Go

To make sure you don’t miss any of your visit window, please arrive at least 15 minutes before your experience begins for ease of check-in and getting settled.

There is limited street parking available on the surrounding streets. There is a parking garage within the Yard building, open daily from 9:30am-6pm, for roughly $10/hour. We do not validate parking. If you are driving to us, we recommend planning extra time for parking. Ridesharing or public transit works best.

Bathing suits are required for the Springs experience. Fitness attire is required for any group fitness experience.
We’ll provide towels, footwear, custom body care products, herbal tea and water.
Good vibes always welcome. We will lend you a wristband for your visit, be sure to leave it with us when you check-out to avoid a fee.

Gratuity is not included and always appreciated.

We treat our pools with ultraviolet light, combined with low levels of chlorine, to keep the water clean and safe.

You may cancel or reschedule your reservation any time up to 24 hours before your reservation start time. Within 24 hours, we cannot cancel or reschedule your reservation without a fee. Missed appointments will be charged in full. Bookings made within 24 hours of the start time are not eligible for refunds, cancellations or rescheduling without a fee.

All guests must be 18+ to experience any offerings at Knot Springs.

Walk-ins can sometimes be accommodated pending availability but we are not able to guarantee entry without a reservation. Weekends are typically sold out in advance so please plan to book ahead of time so you can reserve your preferred time and/or treatments.

You’ll visit The Springs before your treatment. This way, you can warm up your muscles, relax your mind, calm down the rush, and truly prepare for your service. Trust us, it’s worth it.

We all experience “spa brain” sometimes and accidentally leave an item behind. Give us a call and we’ll do our best to track it down. We hold lost-and-found items for 14 days, and then donate them to a local charity.
