4. Memberships

Knot Springs offers memberships that do not automatically renew. The terms of each membership, including pricing, benefits, and cancellation rights, are fully disclosed:

  • In the Membership Agreement provided to you at the time of signing up, or

  • At checkout, prior to completing your purchase

By purchasing a membership, you agree to the terms detailed in the Membership Agreement or at checkout.

5. Gift Cards

Gift cards:

  • Have no expiration date where prohibited by law (including California)

  • Are not redeemable for cash except where required by law

  • May not be replaced if lost or stolen, except as required by law

Gift cards are subject to additional terms presented at the time of purchase.

6. Retail Sales

Retail items may be subject to additional shipping, return, or refund terms disclosed at checkout.

We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue items at any time.
