Each week, we offer a full schedule of group fitness classes ranging from restorative Yoga and Pilates to transformative Strength, Conditioning and Cardio. Our dedicated instructors and supportive community are here to support your progress, so let’s get moving!
Drop in for class-only, or sweat and soak by adding a visit to The Springs after your class.

Classes are one hour long with all equipment provided.
Class + Springs: Upon availability, add a post-class Springs Visit to kickstart your workout recovery.
Class Only: $19
Class + Springs: $79-$99Wellness Circle receives 30% off all classes
All Access receives unlimited free classes.

Class Only: Reservations for up to 4 people can be booked online. For reservations of more than 4, please email hello@knotsprings.com or call 503.222.56668.
Class + Springs: If a post-class Springs visit is available, you will be able to add it to your class while booking online.
