In our Gym Classes, you’ll build strength and endurance with supportive coaching and a community to cheer you on.

Classes are held in our modern, sunlit gym with all equipment provided. Drop in for class-only, or kickstart your recovery by adding on a post-workout visit to The Springs.

  • Classes are one hour long with all equipment provided.

    Sweat & Soak: Upon availability, add a post-class Springs Visit to kickstart your workout recovery.

    Class Only: $19
    Class + Springs: $79-$99

    Wellness Circle receives 30% off all classes

    All Access receives unlimited free classes.
