Our Cancellation Policy

We know sometimes life gets in the way of a good time. Here are some things to keep in mind if you have to cancel your reservation:

  • You may cancel or reschedule your reservation any time up to 24 hours before your reservation start time.

  • Within 24 hours, we cannot cancel or reschedule your reservation without a fee.

  • Missed appointments will be charged in full.

  • Bookings made within 24 hours of the start time are not eligible for refunds, cancellations or rescheduling without a fee.
